Q: Can I order direct from Miriam Joy without having to use PayPal?

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A.  We use USPS 'Priority Mail' to ship most packages ~ you can expect your product to be to you within 2-3 days when Priority mail is used, if you order through Paypal your order will ship after payment is released from Paypal into our bank account.

Q: Can I return an item and get a Refund or Exchange?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from us please call us at: 928-848-8354 or email us at art@miriamjoy.com and you may return the item for a equal of value item or a refund if item returned is in the same condition as when sent to you. * We must notified of within (12) days of receipt of the item.

Q: Does Miriam Joy offer classes or free demo’s for Gourd clubs/patches?

A: Yes, Miriam Joy would love to visit your gourd club / patch and conduct a free demo of her wax technique ~ just email her or call her. Classes also available, workshops too!

Q: Where can I see Miriam Joy's artwork other than the website?

Q: Does Miriam Joy offer discounts?

A: Yes, in many cases, especially if it is for a non-profit organization or other charitable cause. 10% of all sales go back to local charities.

Q: When I purchase a product and may have a question in regards to the product do you offer availability for me to call and speak to Miriam Joy about it?

A: Yes, Miriam Joy takes customer service very seriously, in almost ‘every’ case Miriam Joy returns all of her own calls, every effort is made to assure you are satisfied with any concerns you may have! You also can Contact Us.

A: Yes, while Miriam Joy's gourd art is very limited for sale due to her travel schedule should you wish to purchase a piece you may of seen online or at a show please contact her by email or phone

Q: Can I view a snippet of the wax technique Miriam Joy has created before purchasing the DVD?

A:  Yes, go to YouTube and type in Miriam Joy or Miriam Joy wax technique, or contact her and she will email you a link to the YouTube site with two videos showing the technique briefly, free of charge.
